Geardio.com Limited is dedicated to enable a unique & delightful purchase experience for its customers. We are hell-bound to ensure the highest quality & reliability for our customers. However, there might be some inconsistencies. On seldom occasions, you may have to return an order.

Return Policy:
  • We offer 3 days for replacement error
  • If the product is not genuine (You must notify within 24 hours)
  • If you receive a Damaged / Used / Different product from a courier service or delivery service. Must be notified before delivery. Or please post a video of unboxing products that include a closed Geardio.com / brand package. It is an obligation, we will not accept any complaints other than video.
  • If the Product is completely different from the image, the wrong description on the website (You must be notified within 24 hours). Package must be complete / closed in the order in which you find it. After opening the package, any complaints will simply be ignored.
  • If You Change Your Mind / Misplaced order – (Product must be unused / closed, save delivery packages as received, within 24 hours)

 

Remark
  • Product quality depends on the manufacturer. Since we are not a manufacturer you can not return the item if are not satisfied with quality.
  • Return only works if the condition of the item is good. Too much scratch dirty broken product will simply ignored.
  • We do not support software-related issues (Disruptions, improvements) all in our support policy.
  • You can’t return the item that used to be and break the mark.
  • If you cancel an order after shipping, you must pay the delivery cost.
  • We do not have any kind of exchange policy.
  • Due to minor errors in the product image, the description, information, or absurd issue cannot simply be ignored. All of this is in our support policy.
  • To return, the customer must ensure that the item is packed and delivered securely. Geardio.com Limited will not be held liable if goods are damaged when they return to Geardio.com Limited’s address.
  • Inside Dhaka we ask customers to come to our office to explain the problem and find a solution immediately. This is sometimes necessary depending on the problem.
Refund Policy
  • If we can not provide a replacement.
  • If you change your mind and cancel the order before the Products are already shipped.
  • If the item is Sold Out and request a refund.
Remark
  • Most refunds are fully refunded within 7-15 days after receiving and processing your refund.
  • If you pay us by using a card, we will be asking for a bank refund which will take 7-15 working days.

(Credit card refunds may take longer depending on Commercial banks)

  • If you pay us via bkash / rocket / mobile banking, your money will be added to your desired account within 7-15 business days.
  • The customer must ensure that the item is packed and delivered securely. Geardio.com Limited will not be held liable if goods are damaged when they return to Geardio.com Limited’s address.
  • Any form of misconduct will simply ignoreed the complaint or may cause a delay in resolving the complaint. Customer patience will be greatly appreciated.

 

Warranty Policy:
Brand Warranty:
  • Notify us during the warranty period.
  • We will communicate with brand/seller (within 10-15 working days)
Replacement Warranty:
  • Only applicable in case of a manufacturing defect.
  • Replacement only 1 time during the whole warranty period.
  • Notify us during the warranty period.

Geardio.com Limited Warranty:
  • Only applicable in case of a manufacturing defect (within 3 days).
  • Replacement only 1 time during the whole warranty period.
  • Count down start from the day you received product.

Note:

Brand/Replacement/Geardio.com Limited warranty information generally written in the product description tab/purchase invoice. If you can’t find it in the  product page or  purchase invoice. then it doesn’t have any warranty.

 

RETURN/REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE MAY NOT APPLY IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

    • Damages due to misuse of the product
    • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
    • Any consumable item which has been used or installed
    • Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
    • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

N.B: Replacement of the product is subject to availability of the same on Geardio.com Limited

 

Shipping Cost:

  • Customer will bear own shipping cost item for returning and sending back to them after fix or providing solution.
  • Delivery cost is non-refundable. We will deduct the shipping cost from refund amount.

How to Submit Request:

  • You must provide us your ORDER ID, EMAIL or PHONE NUMBER to process your request.
  • You can communicate with us via sending email or via Facebook /Direct Call.
  • In most cases, we ask for video unboxing of opening intact item from Geardio.com Limited packaging. So, it is recommended to capture video and send us when you submit complaints.
  • Bad behavior/Lack of mandatory information will cause cancel your request immediately.
  • Return/Refund process takes 7-15 working days. In some situation it may takes longer. You have to cooperate with us.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to update, modify or replace any part of this Policy by posting updates and changes on our website. It is your responsibility to check our website from time to time for any changes.
