- Tips to slove your common using problems of XPods 3T/XPods3
1. when you find you cannot use your ear buds. firstly charge it for 2 hours .(make sure the charging case is not empty)
2. After been charged, touch both earbuds to see whether can hear the touching response sound. if cannot hear it. please long press both for 3 seconds and try again. (if still cannot hear response sound.it means this side cannot charge or battery are dead)
3. reset both R and L at the same time to make R and L paired. then connect to your mobile phone
4. touch both one time when playing music to confirm the button function works. - How to reset ?Pls Try the following steps if you fail building connection between two earbuds, or between earphones and device
1.Clear pairing record between the earbuds and all your devices.
2.Place back both earbuds into the charging case and ensure they’re in charging status. Then take out and touch the both earbuds for 9 second to reset the earbuds , until the LED light of both earbuds flash blue. - What’s in the Box ?
